Founded in 2018, The Theodore Madison Foundation aims to uplift the youth by getting them physically active!

OUR MISSION

The Theodore Madison Foundation (TMF)  was established to remember the life of Kevin Theodore Husum and bring together the James Madison University community that knew him. TMF is a non-profit organization with a mission to get the youth and their surrounding communities physically active through sport and recreation. Our mantra is the phrase “23-for-23” which encourages individuals to stay active for a minimum of 23 days of each calendar month, the same number Kevin T. Husum wore on the baseball field for JMU. TMF plans on doing this by raising funds and providing services that contribute the involvement in physical activities. Our end goal is to encourage communities and individuals to live and sustain a healthy and physically active lifestyle.
