TMF will provide reliable resources to help you be physically active in a multitudes of ways, from providing discounts to fitness programs, blogs on nutrition, literature on overall wellness, and ways to get your local youth physically active.
Youth Physical Activity
- 24% of children 6 to 17 years of age participate in 60 minutes of physical activity every day.
- Only 26.1% of high school students participate in at least 60 minutes per day of physical activity on all 7 days of the previous week

Fitness
INTEGRITY. ATTITUDE. HUSTLE. Founded by Adriell Mayes.
Adriell was born and raised in Virginia and has always been passionate about sports and fitness. He played football at Merrimack College, graduating in 2016. He has a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and an associates in sociology. Currently residing in Boston, Massachusetts, he has been training for 7+ years around Boston and most recently worked as a personal trainer at equinox for 3 years.
