7th Annual TMF Wellness Month: 23 for 23 Challenge

In February, TMF runs a wellness challenge called the 23 for 23 challenge.  For those reading who have not participated in years past, the goal of the workout challenge is to workout 23 days during the shortest month of the year. We chose the number 23 because it is the same number Kevin Husum wore on the baseball field while at James Madison University.  A workout can be anything from a long walk, weights, yoga, hike, surf, bike ride, etc.  Your discretion! Just be moving for at least 30minutes.

The challenge will be self reported to Luke Suttmiller (Text, DM, or fax to enter). Please send over type of workout and duration. There will be weekly updates of how the participates are doing!

The top two participants will split the money raised throughout the month and donate to a youth athletics organization of their choice.

We always encourage donations as we use 100% of funds toward the betterment of youth athletics, but especially during this month. A $23 donation is encouraged to participate, but not required.  We accept donations through Venmo, @TheodoreMadisonFoundation.

Lastly we have an apparel shop, link below. All proceeds will be used for the betterment of youth athletics.

Please tag us in your workout photos this month so we can get some great/healthy vibes going around!  And lastly, challenge family/friends to participate as well.  This is for everyone!

Stay Funky, Love TMF
