5th Annual TMF Wellness Month: 23 for 23 Challenge

In February, TMF runs a wellness challenge called the 23 for 23 challenge.  For those reading who have not participated in years past, the goal of the workout challenge is to workout 23 days during the shortest month of the year. We chose the number 23 because it is the same number Kevin Husum wore on the baseball field and we chose February because it is the month he was born. A workout can be anything from a long walk, weights, yoga, hike, surf, bike ride, etc.  Your discretion! Just be moving for at least 45minutes.

The challenge is ran on the Strave app. Download the app and friend request Luke Suttmiller to be added.

We always encourage donations as we use 100% of funds toward the betterment of youth athletics, but especially during this month.  We accept donations through Venmo, @TheodoreMadisonFoundation.

Please tag us in your workout photos this month so we can get some great/healthy vibes going around!  And lastly, challenge your friends to participate as well.  This is for everyone!
